Australia is (small) continent in the world. It's not (big) than the USA. There are many islands around Australia. (big) one is Tasmania with the legendary Tasmanian devil.

Near the north - east coast of Australia there is the Great Barrier Reef. It is (large) system of coral reefs in the world. (high) , mountain on the continent is Mt. Kościuszko (2,230 m) and (low) spot is Lake Eyre (12 m below the sea level).

Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane are (important) cities. Canberra is the capital of Australia, but it is (small) than Sydney or Melbourne.
The climate of Australia is different from ours. Summer is much (warm) and winter isn't as (cold) as it is in Poland.
